Can/should I use a cock ring with a pump?

You can use a cock ring after you pump. You shouldn't put a cock ring on before pumping. Cock rings work by restricting blood flow from your penis. Pumps work by drawing more blood into your penis. If you put the cock ring on first, it'll stop the pump from working.
