Been looking for a syringe douche for ages and unless you have a shower head nozzle or are pretending your cleaner is a photography lens cleaner, this is the best one on the market. Forget the bulbs that suck air in, get a syringe so you aren't blowing air up your butt and all but inviting farts mid sex.
This holds 100ml+ of water so you don't have to buy one of the 60ml syringes from a geriatric site or a pet site and put four or six loads up to get anywhere. This one does have some issues - the seal isn't perfect and the lettering on the outside dissolves in some toy cleaners, but it's still the best douche on the market that I've tried to date.
And my boyfriend raves about his too, so you know...
