Works as intended. The cock ring is a good fit for the average penis. Comfortable to wear. The only issue is there aren't enough notches around the waist belt. My waist is 32" and to get the waist belt down to a snug fit the strap needs to go about 6" past the the last notch. In other words if you have a slim build you're going to have to a little DIY to get the harness to stay secured. Do I recommend this product? If you got a larger build or don't mind the hassle of making some minor design adjustments, then the answer is yes. Otherwise if you have a slim build and want something that is well adjusted straight out of the box, maybe take your chances with another harness.
